View News List Architectural Alliance Wins 2003 NAIOP Award of Excellence The Minnesota chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) has selected the winners of its 2003 Awards of Excellence. The awards, presented each year, recognize exceptional new office and industrial developments in the state. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota's Yankee Drive, designed by Architectural Alliance, won in the repositioned/renovated category. Judges representing a cross-section of developers, general contractors, mortgage bankers, brokers and industry specialists toured entries in all categories before casting their votes. Entrants were judged in four areas: site improvements and design, architectural integrity, market feasibility and project success and the judges’ overall impression of the property.
