The Concourse A,B and C project entails a 3,000-foot long expansion to an existing concourse. The expansion consists of 17 new jet gates (Concourse C) and 30 regional aircraft gates (Concourses A and B). Extreme space constraints were placed on this project due to the location of existing roads, runways and an adjacent river valley requiring detailed planning to within inches at the earliest conceptual phases. Moving sidewalks and an elevated exterior tram will help shorten connecting times for passengers.

The tram, which extends from the A Concourse to the Main Terminal, has a mid-point stop on the C Concourse where a convenient skyway connects to parking ramps and Concourse G. Atria at the mid-point and entrance to Regional Concourses A and B house concessions and act as primary wayfinding points.
