The Terminal 4 Renovation is a $25,000,000 project encompassing the renovation and redevelopment of the existing public areas including retail and food/beverage concessions program. The goal of the renovation is the creation of a dynamic new environment improving utilization of existing spaces and offering the passenger an improved level of customer service.

The primary area of work will be the redevelopment of the passenger level of the Terminal and will include the creation of a redeveloped common area with new hard
surface finishes, ceilings, lighting, signage as well as theming to create a distinctive new
retail environment.

In addition the work includes the design of several elements such as a relocated chapel, relocated art gallery, toilets, retail merchandising units, information booths, signage, telephones, newspaper vending cabinets and retail directories. Tenant design review is included
in the project.
