Allianz Life, a company with over 100 years of history in Minnesota, moved to their new corporate campus in Golden Valley, MN. The Allianz Campus is a quality work environment that expresses the Company’s commitment to its employees, customers and the community.

The 10-story 420,000 sf granite and limestone-clad building houses approximately 1,800 employees. The building design conveys an image that is classic and timeless, conveying trust and stability. Daylighting, openness and connectedness are emphasized in the building’s design.

All guests and employees enter the building through a granite-paved three-story glass lobby. The lobby or “Town Square” provides access to the primary public spaces including the boardroom, holding company, employee support service area, locker rooms, gift shop, 500-seat cafeteria and a large training and video conferencing center.
