A Contract To Expand: Expansion Means New Offices, Restaurants, and Retail

A new corporate office tower expansion for Minnesota Life offers a distinct environment for both business and retail tenants. This 13-story structure features a grand entrance lobby, space for a major restaurant, and four floors of underground parking. It is only one of two buildings in downtown St. Paul with four skyway connections. The building contains more than 560,000 square feet of office and retail space, accommodating more than 3,000 workers.

The new structure utilizes the warm grey stone of the adjacent headquarters tower, while introducing red granite to warm the surroundings and connect the building to the broader tradition of rich and colorful mid-rise buildings in downtown St. Paul, bringing elegance and distinction to St. Paul.
