Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (Allianz Life) selected Architectural Alliance to design an expansion to their existing corporate campus in Golden Valley. The project includes approximately 200.000 square feet of office space, a link to their existing Corporate Headquarters Building, and an addition to their parking ramp. The project enhances communication and efficiencies within Allianz Life and supports their need for growth. Construction began in the spring of 2005 and was completed in December 2006.
