Wells Fargo relocated from their current space in St. Paul’s Norwest Center to the World Trade Center in downtown St. Paul, where they occupy 55,000 square feet on the second and third levels. This move consolidates the existing Wells Fargo personnel, who were recently spread among seven floors, and doubles the capacity of the current auto bank.

The second level is retail-based, providing customers with direct access to consumer banking tellers including ATMs, and safe
deposit vaults. The third level provides corporate services including Private Client Services, Commercial Banking, and Premier Banking Services. In addition, a new
drive-through auto bank with capacity for 22 cars is located outside.

The design is intriguing -- providing customers with multiple layers of interest in terms of color, lighting, stepped planar surfaces, and a rich palette. The deep hues of Sapele wood combines nicely with the brushed stainless steel, brushed bronze accents, transparent and translucent glass, and original artifacts. A cantilevered circular entry soffit emblazoned with the Wells Fargo logo is juxtaposed by the Louis Sullivan-designed teller wicket and gold-leafed organic wall plaque in the safety deposit vault area. A dramatic connecting stair allows for efficient wayfinding between the second
and third levels.

Customers will bank in style at Wells Fargo.
