Blue Cross Blue Shield’s Customer Service Center is the second building on BCBS's Riverpark Campus in Eagan, MN.

The employee-focused design provides three day lit floor plates ranging from 30-35,000 GSF. Ten-foot ceilings, indirect lighting and a low furniture landscape enhance the open plan and maximize views of the Minnesota River Valley. Additional attention was given to employee break rooms, atrium balconies, restrooms and walking paths to provide employees enjoyable interaction areas and "decompression zones."

Supporting BCBS's new open office furniture concept is a flexible, highly reliable power and communication backbone that is distributed below a raised access floor. The Customer Service Center was designed and constructed in less than 16 months.
